How so I apply multiple discount codes?
Any discounts you many have, from unlocking rewards or referrals. All scout codes MUST be applied in your CART. Either applied via your rewards page, or copy and paste from an email. Always click apply after entering each code.
Is there a minimum order quantity to receive points?
Nope, you can earn on absolutely anything you purchase.
With refer a friend offer, to use the referral discount a £10 minimum spend is required.
How do I redeem my points?
You will need to log into your account on our website, them click on the launcher to open the rewards panel. Next click on ALL rewards. If you don't have enough points to redeem, you'll see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name.
How do I redeem money off vouchers?
If you reach one of the milestones, you will be sent an email. Just follow the link and spend away.
Alternatively use the points slider to select the amount of points you would like to spend, then click redeem.
How many friends can I refer?
As many as you like, that's the beauty of the reward and a way of saying a big thank you from us. Just use the link that will be sent to you via email and refer away.
... don't forget to tell the person you are referring to check their junk folder for the email just incase.
Can I earn points when I purchase a gift voucher?
Unfortunately not, Bloom Points are issued when the gift voucher is used to make a purchase , not when the gift voucher is initially purchased.
Note: This is done to prevent points from being awarded twice during the gift card purchase process.
How do I earn points on social media?
This is done through the links on your reward page, once you have signed up to an account with us, under engage more. The can be accessed on the launcher in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Unfortunately, points will not be rewarded from directly sharing/liking etc on social media sites.
